AAA Internet, LLC also is aware that some of its users are, themselves, providers of Internet services, and that information reaching AAA Internet, LLC's facilities from those users may have been originated by customers of those users or other third parties. AAA Internet, LLC does not require its users who offer Internet services to monitor or censor transmissions created by customers of its users. At the same time, users who knowingly transmit materials that violate law or AAA Internet, LLC policy are, themselves, in violation of AAA Internet, LLC policy. Similarly, AAA Internet, LLC anticipates that users who offer Internet services will cooperate with AAA Internet, LLC in any corrective action that AAA Internet, LLC deems necessary, in order to correct and prevent the transmission of material that is harmful to AAA Internet, LLC or its users. Failure to cooperate with such corrective and preventive measures is a violation of AAA Internet, LLC policy.
AAA Internet, LLC also is concerned with the privacy of on-line communications. In general, the Internet is neither more nor less secure than other common communications media, including mail, facsimile and voice telephone service, all of which can be intercepted and otherwise compromised. As a matter of prudence, however, AAA Internet, LLC urges its users to assume that all of their on-line communications are insecure. |
